| Right on the ocean in beautiful Mission Beach, San Diego. This beautiful Ocean Front condo is on the beach. The only thing separating you from the waves and sand is the famous boardwalk. Wake up to the sight and sound of the Pacific Ocean directly in front of you with our large picture window in the master bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all face the ocean.
The condo is located on the 2nd floor providing privacy, quiet and safety for you and your family, while allowing you to view all the beach and boardwalk action below.
The condo was recently remodeled with new kitchen appliances, new hotel queen bed, new queen leather sleeper/sofa and new leather recliner. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils you will need. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom 2 twin beds and computer, and the living room a queen sleeper/couch, recliner, TV, DVD player, VCR, and stereo. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 6 and a gas BBQ.
All linens are supplied except for beach towels. We even provide boogie boards and beach chairs. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV.
The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Just in back of our building are several restaurants, bike rentals, surf board rentals, apparel shops, beach shops, and surfing lession shops. Stroll up the boardwalk to find more restaurants.

Cancellation Policy
90 days prior to check in, $500 cancellation fee. No refunds under 90 days unless unit is re rented for the same tme period, then $100 processing fee will be deducted, remained returned.

San Diego is located on the southern end of California, about 30 miles north of the Mexican border. This section of California is known for its mild climate and spectacular beaches. The main shopping scene is right in downtown around Horton Plaza. Here you will find plenty of shopping, from fine art galleries to large chain stores. Mission Bay is directly to the west of downtown. This is a beautiful man made bay that includes numerous marinas and Sea World. The marinas here will be happy to set you up on your own rig so you can explore the bay and ocean waters. A little further west and you are on Mission or Pacific Beach. These beaches are connected by a long boardwalk and serve as a perfect place to enjoy a sunny day. Back in San Diego there are many other activities available. The San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Wild Animal Park are some of the best zoos in the world. Combined they have over 7,000 animals available for viewing and hundreds of educational exhibits. If you are looking for a little more culture during your trip then head to one of the museums in town such as the Mingei International Museum or the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center. Charter fishing trips, golfing excursions, tennis facilities and much more are available in the San Diego area as well. There is so much to do in San Diego that you will have to return again and again to enjoy it all. The closest airport to San Diego is the San Diego International Airport (SAN).
