| Beachfront and boardwalk. This place has it all! Two newly remodeled units inside & out with new appliances, kitchen, bathroom and furniture. Upper unit has a large oceanfront deck with BBQ, lower unit has an oceanfront patio with BBQ, and fireplace in living room. Both units have 2 bedrooms/1 bath with large living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom accomodates 3 people and has a bunk with a full bed on the bottom/twin on top. The living room has a queen size futon that accomodates 2 people. Total accomodation-7 people. Linens and towels are provided. Each unit has ceramic tile floors and sliding glass doors that open to the sparkling blue pacific, beautiful beach of Newport Beach and the historic Newport Pier. So many famous surfing spots close by!
Indulge yourself at the many world class restaurants or cook at home on your BBQ. Entertainment, shops, and the Fun Zone are right around the corner where you can rent boats, take a day trip to Catalina, charter a fishing Boat, book a whale watching tour or do some shopping on Balboa Island. Enjoy "people watching" from your deck or take a walk on the pier (just a few steps away); bicycle and skate rentals are also nearby.
Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are just 20 minutes away. Other attractions include: Universal Studios Hollywood, Seaworld, Legoland, Laguna Beach, and much, much, more. If you surf, swim, or bodyboard, look no further! Newport Beach is one of the greatest surfing beaches in Southern California.

Newport Beach is located along the Orange Coast, about 45 miles south from Los Angeles, California. Newport Beach is a fun and unique section of the Orange Coast. Large inlets with marinas and waterfront homes are guarded from the coastal waves by Newport and Harbor Islands. The beach itself is over 4 miles long and includes two piers. There are amenities such as showers, restrooms, volleyball nets, and a large boardwalk. This boardwalk is popular in the evening for romantic walks. Stores alongside the beach offer everything you could need while playing in the sand. Kayaks are available from local rental stores and may be used both in the bays and in the open ocean. Boats are also available from marinas in the area. You might spend an afternoon putting around the channels and looking at the million dollar homes along the water. Of course some may have other goals in mind. Anglers will be ecstatic about the large variety of fishing charters that are in the area. If you are not interested in going out to sea, but want to spend the day outside, check in with one of the championship level golf courses in the Newport Beach area. Shopping and dining are second to none here and many tourists and locals alike enjoy watching the sun sink into the Pacific Ocean while sitting at a beachfront restaurant. After a full day of playing around, take time to relax in your vacation cottage and get ready for another sunny day in Newport Beach. The closest airports to Newport Beach are the John Wayne – Orange County Airport (SNA, 8miles) in nearby Santa Ana, and the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX, 45miles).
