| Our Newport Beach Rentals are the ideal location for enjoying the beautiful Pacific Ocean with 3 accommodations to choose from. It's about a 5 minute walk by the Boardwalk to the Newport Beach Pier, or Bicycle on the Pacific Coast bike path via Pacific Oceans unbelievable beautiful view! These quaint vacation rentals units put you center front for any direction you'd like to go to in Newport Beach. Your also about 5 minutes from the Newport Bay, which has a swimming area, rest rooms,and a sandy bayfront to kick back, read a book, (great for toddler's). The kids love to play in the sand and water,(no waves)and they have a lifeguard on duty in the summer.They've got a public launch area, for boats to canoes,etc.
Two Bedroom , Beach Cottage
Sleeps 6: This cute beach cottage, (with a white picket fence) has a full kitchen + full bath, and is located one house from the beach. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has a double bunk + a twin bed There is a very comfortable sofabed & loveseat in the livingroom . Plenty of room for five or six people.
Amenities include: Wifi internet,Cable T.V.,DVD player.Boogie Boards, and bikes are available,(limited), laundry room, outside shower & carport parking for one.
Our large one bedroom Beach house is located just one house off the beach. Nicely decorated living area with plenty of room for relaxation. In the bedroom there is a Queen bed & in living area are 2 Foutons which convert into double beds. Out front door of this unit you will have a Private Patio with table & chairs + bbq gas grill.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2full bath Beach Unit is close to the Newport Beach pier and just one house to the beach.The master bedroom has King bed + windows all around & even a peek of the Ocean between Beachfront!The 2nd bedroom has a doublebunk. Also in the living area there is a Fouton which converts into double bed. The kitchen is seperated from the livingroom by a snackbar.

Newport Beach is located along the Orange Coast, about 45 miles south from Los Angeles, California. Newport Beach is a fun and unique section of the Orange Coast. Large inlets with marinas and waterfront homes are guarded from the coastal waves by Newport and Harbor Islands. The beach itself is over 4 miles long and includes two piers. There are amenities such as showers, restrooms, volleyball nets, and a large boardwalk. This boardwalk is popular in the evening for romantic walks. Stores alongside the beach offer everything you could need while playing in the sand. Kayaks are available from local rental stores and may be used both in the bays and in the open ocean. Boats are also available from marinas in the area. You might spend an afternoon putting around the channels and looking at the million dollar homes along the water. Of course some may have other goals in mind. Anglers will be ecstatic about the large variety of fishing charters that are in the area. If you are not interested in going out to sea, but want to spend the day outside, check in with one of the championship level golf courses in the Newport Beach area.
