| Private, completely furnished, 3 bedroom 2 bath residence just east of La Jolla in Central San Diego. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet secluded neighborhood, with an enclosed professionally landscaped backyard and canyon views from covered patio. Fully appointed kitchen including microwave. Ceiling fans in all rooms, cable TV and computer with internet access. Large stone fireplace in family room. Garage large enough for any car or regular size SUV...sorry, Hummers will have to park in driveway. Sleeps up to 6 in three bedrooms, king size bed in master, full size bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom, great for the kids. Family room large enough to accomodate sleeping bags or air beds. This is a perfect vacation retreat for families. Location and neighborhood not really conducive for a "spring break" or party house. Centrally located in San Diego. 20 mins from airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and all area beaches. 40 mins to Leggoland and San Diego Wild Animal Park. 90 mins to Disneyland. Check in 3:00 pm / Check Out 10:00 am Weekly rental only during summer months, Saturday through Saturday. Small pets OK (Most pets that is. Call for approval)

San Diego is located on the southern end of California, about 30 miles north of the Mexican border. This section of California is known for its mild climate and spectacular beaches. The main shopping scene is right in downtown around Horton Plaza. Here you will find plenty of shopping, from fine art galleries to large chain stores. Mission Bay is directly to the west of downtown. This is a beautiful man made bay that includes numerous marinas and Sea World. The marinas here will be happy to set you up on your own rig so you can explore the bay and ocean waters. A little further west and you are on Mission or Pacific Beach. These beaches are connected by a long boardwalk and serve as a perfect place to enjoy a sunny day. Back in San Diego there are many other activities available. The San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Wild Animal Park are some of the best zoos in the world. Combined they have over 7,000 animals available for viewing and hundreds of educational exhibits. If you are looking for a little more culture during your trip then head to one of the museums in town such as the Mingei International Museum or the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center. Charter fishing trips, golfing excursions, tennis facilities and much more are available in the San Diego area as well. There is so much to do in San Diego that you will have to return again and again to enjoy it all. The closest airport to San Diego is the San Diego International Airport (SAN).
